studio_projects (1:1 with studio-type engagements), studio_deliverables, studio_events. Routes: /projects/, /projects/[id]/overview, /projects/[id]/deliverables. Auto-created by the sales onboarding wizard for any engagement type starting with studio_.

Phase 2Client collaboration surface

Per-deliverable visibility toggle so deliverables can be surfaced on the client's /[slug]/deliverables/ page. Threaded comments. Approval requests with audit trail. R2-backed asset attachments.

Phase 3Operational + lifecycle

Milestones (group deliverables). Invoicing-prep view (HTML draft, no Stripe send). Hand-off back to Sales for retainer renewal. Optional time entries. Project templates.
